Sequentia Peptides reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. RESEARCH USE ONLY — STRICT PROHIBITION ON HUMAN & ANIMAL USE
All products sold by Sequentia Peptides are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific study. They are NOT intended for, and must NOT be used for, any of the following:
- Human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application;
- Veterinary use or administration to any animal;
- Diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or medicinal purposes;
- Nutritional supplementation or health product use;
- Any application outside of a controlled, professional research setting.
By placing an order, the Purchaser explicitly acknowledges and accepts these restrictions without exception.
4. REGULATORY STATUS & HEALTH CANADA COMPLIANCE
Sequentia Peptides operates in full acknowledgement of the Canadian regulatory framework governing research materials and chemical substances.
- All products listed on this website are not authorized, approved, or reviewed by Health Canada as drugs, natural health products, or medical devices.
- Under Canada’s Food and Drugs Act, substances sold or represented for treating, diagnosing, mitigating, or preventing disease in humans or animals are classified as drugs and require Health Canada authorization. Sequentia Peptides does not sell products for any such purpose.
- Products are not manufactured under pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards applicable to approved drug products and are not held to those standards.
- Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their research activities comply with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and institutional regulations, including but not limited to the Food and Drugs Act, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and any relevant provincial legislation.
Peptide drugs that affect the body’s functions — including injectable peptides — are regulated as prescription drugs in Canada. Sequentia Peptides explicitly does not sell prescription drugs and does not authorize any use of its products as such.

5. PURCHASER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
By completing a purchase, the Buyer represents, warrants, and covenants that:
- They are a qualified practitioner, academic researcher, laboratory professional, or otherwise authorized individual who will use the products exclusively for lawful laboratory and research purposes;
- Products will be used only in a properly equipped, supervised, and institutionally compliant research environment;
- Products will not be administered to, consumed by, or applied to any human or animal;
- Products will not be resold, redistributed, or transferred to any party for non-research purposes, or to any individual who has not agreed to equivalent terms;
- They will comply with all applicable local, provincial, federal, and international laws regarding the possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of research materials;
- They will obtain any required approvals from institutional research ethics boards or safety committees prior to use, where applicable;
- All information provided during registration and at checkout is accurate, complete, and truthful.
6. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES — HANDLING, STORAGE & DISPOSAL
The Purchaser accepts full and sole responsibility for:
- Safe receipt, unpacking, and inspection of all delivered materials;
- Proper storage of products under appropriate conditions as specified in product documentation;
- Compliant and safe handling by trained laboratory professionals only;
- Lawful and environmentally responsible disposal of all materials, including any waste products, in accordance with applicable municipal, provincial, and federal guidelines for hazardous chemical waste;
- Maintaining records as required by their institution or applicable regulations;
- Preventing unauthorized access to purchased materials.
Institutional health and safety programs may establish requirements for handling research materials in laboratory settings, including storage requirements, handling procedures, waste disposal methods, and documentation practices. Compliance with such requirements is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
7. PRODUCT INFORMATION & CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS
Sequentia Peptides endeavours to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (COA) from qualified third-party analytical laboratories. However:
- Product information is provided for research reference purposes only and does not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular research purpose;
- COAs reflect tested batch results and may vary between lots;
- Listing a product on this website does not grant or imply any license to operate in infringement of any intellectual property right or regulatory requirement.
Buyers are responsible for independently verifying the suitability of any product for their specific research application.
8. ORDER FULFILLMENT & VIAL QUANTITIES
Sequentia Peptides fulfills all orders to the exact total quantity purchased. However, the Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that:
- Sequentia Peptides reserves the right to adjust packaging format at its sole discretion without notice, provided total ordered quantity is maintained.
9. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
- Sequentia Peptides reserves the right to modify pricing, product listings, and availability at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withhold fulfillment of any order at our sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where there is reasonable concern that products may be intended for human or animal use, where eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where an order raises other compliance concerns.
- In the event an order is cancelled by Sequentia Peptides, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
- By placing an order, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your order status, shipping, and account activity.
10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Sequentia Peptides ships within only within Canada.
- All shipments are packaged discreetly. Outer packaging will display only shipping and sender information and will not indicate the nature of the contents.
- Sequentia Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties beyond our control.
- Lost or stolen shipments marked as “delivered” by the carrier are non-refundable. The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring a secure and suitable delivery address. We strongly recommend verifying your delivery address prior to completing your order. If your delivery location is prone to theft or delivery issues, consider shipping to an alternate secure address.
- In the event of a damaged shipment, the Purchaser must notify Sequentia Peptides within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
11. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Given the nature of research chemical products and the need to maintain chain-of-custody integrity:
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, Sequentia Peptides does not accept returns of any product once it has been shipped.
- Refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases of verified fulfillment error (incorrect product or quantity) or confirmed shipping damage, subject to the notice requirements in Section 10.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation.
12. NO WARRANTIES — “AS IS” BASIS
All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular research purpose;
- Non-infringement of third-party rights;
- Accuracy of product descriptions or COA data.
Sequentia Peptides makes no representation that any product is suitable for any specific research application.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Sequentia Peptides, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- The purchase, handling, storage, use, misuse, or disposal of any product;
- Any injury, illness, or harm to any person or animal resulting from unauthorized use of products;
- Any violation of applicable laws by the Purchaser;
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity;
- Any reliance on product information, descriptions, or COA documentation.
The total aggregate liability of Sequentia Peptides, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Purchaser for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sequentia Peptides and its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- The Purchaser’s use, misuse, handling, storage, or disposal of purchased products;
- Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Purchaser;
- Any violation of applicable law by the Purchaser;
- Any claim by a third party arising from the Purchaser’s actions in connection with purchased products.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and images — is the property of Sequentia Peptides or its content licensors and is protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any website content is strictly prohibited.
