Shipping Area
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories exclusively. At this time, we do not ship internationally. Orders placed with non-Canadian shipping addresses will not be processed and may be cancelled with a full refund.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
We know your research doesn’t wait — so neither do we.
Carrier & Tracking
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note that tracking status may briefly remain as “label created” until the parcel is physically scanned into the Canada Post system at pickup. This is normal and does not indicate a delay.
Transit Times
Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days depending on your location within Canada. While Canada Post’s estimates are generally accurate, transit times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Outer packaging will display only your shipping address and our return address — nothing on the outside will indicate the nature of the contents.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the exact address provided at checkout and cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed to Canada Post. If you need to change your address after you have placed an order, reach out to us as soon as possible.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment will be available upon payment of a reshipment fee. We’ll reach out to you directly if this occurs to make it right as smoothly as possible.
Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Parcels
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we will do everything within our power to help resolve any shipping issue.
If tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will open an investigation with Canada Post on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you first check your mailbox, building parcel room, or with neighbours or building management. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist you.
Please note that once a shipment has been handed to Canada Post, responsibility for delivery, routing, and any carrier-side delays transfers to the carrier. Sequentia Peptides is not liable for theft, misdelivery, or parcels confirmed as delivered by Canada Post to the address provided.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address. If your delivery location is prone to package theft or difficult access, please consider shipping to an alternate address.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and contents. We will review your case promptly and work to make it right.
